some q&A

Natalie just took an 8 week raccoon as a single, named Nosey. Natalie also has a very affable dog named Roscoe. She thought it would be a good idea to introduce the two since Roscoe is such a gentle pet. Nosey Raccoon and Roscoe Dog became the best of friends. They cuddled and played together. They even shared a bed! Natalie thought it was so adorable, she took photos and posted them on Facebook.

Has Natalie practiced good judgement? Why or why not?

Chris has a 42 inch- wide cage with three bottle babies in it. He gets a call for another litter of 4. Chris thought about putting them all together in the same cage. Afterall, the more the merrier and cleaning would be easier. But then Chris thought it best to wait a few days before putting the two litters together.

What should Chris do? What would have been the optimal decision?

Mel is overwhelmed and tired. Her animal enclosure is need a good cleaning though. It's been over 24 hours without fresh water, food and litter cleaning.  "Oh well," she says to herself. "It's not like they don't have days like this out in the wild. They live out of trash cans! They'll be okay until tomorrow."

Will they be okay? What could Mel do to ensure she does not allow enclosure hygiene to be skipped in the future?
